HomeIf your order is unsuitable you can return it within 14 days of receipt. You must contact us by email at info@botech-shop.de, and request a return form. Items must fit for resale with all original packaging and any security seal intact. Any goods or packaging that are not in a re-saleable condition will be rejected.
All postal and packing cost of returned items rest with the sender, and are non refundable.

If you exercise the right to cancel your order after the items have been delivered, you will be responsible for returning them at your own cost. Items must be in a re-saleable condition. On return of the cancelled items, after having checked that they are in a re-saleable condition, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
You must take reasonable care to make sure the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Please note that the return of non faulty itmes after 14 days incurs in a restocking charge of 25%.
You will not be eligible for a refund if the item has been used, or if the original packaging has been discarded.
