Clients are responsible to cover shipping expanses. Detailed shipping costs are listed next to the price of each product. These costs depend on the order amount and type of product, as well as type of shipment.
Small packages weighing up to 0,5 kilos are shipped by Post, while larger items by courier DPD or other courier service.
Items are shipped within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment. Clients are expected to receive a package within 7 working days.
All items are covered by insurance, very well packed and thoroughly protected from damage.

Once we have received your cleared payment your order will be packed and shipped to your confirmed address by insured carriage.
Upon receipt of your parcel please open it in the presence of the courier to check the contents and list anything on the couriers receipt that is missing. It is extremely rare for anything to be stolen or lost in transit but should it occur we have to prove it to claim on the insurance. This can only be done effectively if you have noted such facts on the courier/postal receipt that you have to sign.
Once you have your order in your hands please send us an email to tell us all is well. This is important because there is a time limit for claims for parcels lost in transit and also we like to know that you are happy with your order.
